This game is a four-player cooperative ghostbusters game with a unique and fun gameplay in which you and three comrades are supposed to deal with ghosts and lock them up using the various weapons and traps you receive at the start of the game. On the other hand, the ghost’s job is to haunt the map and escape the ghostbusters at any cost!
The Ghostbusters use a PKE meter and a proton meter, and a ghost trap that stays on the ground in order to capture ghosts.
In ghostbusters The PKE meter makes a sound whenever it detects ghost activity . In the meantime, the ghost can haunt many objects and control them . Also, he has to protect a few rifts hidden across the map. The rifts help you respawn when caught by the busters. But if they manage to destroy every single one of them, you lose. Now let’s not forget the main objective of a ghost.. to hunt! If a ghost manages to scare all the civilians before captured, he wins the game. Of course, it wouldn’t be that easy for ghosts as they use abilities that require “ectoplasm,” which rejuvenate by possessing objects for some time, making it easier for ghostbusters to capture you.
Don’t take it for granted though! Being a ghostbuster isn’t that easy. You have to coordinate and work with your team in order to make the task easier for you. Also, the weapons you use aren’t that easy to control. The way the tools in this game are makes it so that both ghosts and ghostbusters have fair chances of winning the game by making the right move at the right time.
