First look on WRC Generations
WRC Generations is an upcoming racing video game developed by Kylotonn and published by Nacon. The game is set to be launched on October 13, 2022, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S platforms.
Story
Rise to all the challenges of the most comprehensive, realistic and demanding rally simulation ever developed. Dive into the heart of the action and drive the cars from the 2022 WRC championship, including the new hybrid models.
Gameplay
Firstly, in terms of gameplay. WRC Generations new mechanics have been integrated to represent the demands of the hybrid engines. The game now has multiple modes for you to try, solo modes such as quickplay, career and seasons. Each of them has unique playstyles and goals/objectives to aim for. However, multiplayer modes include leagues, team clubs, co-driver and multiplayer lobby. Accordingly, one last thing is the test area where you can race with no boundaries and test your setup. Leaderboards tutorials to learn mechanics and split screen for local play.
Secondly, one interesting aspect of WRC Generations is tracks. 22 countries with a span of 750 km track like Sweden, Greece, Finland and many others. Another important thing to take notes on is the weather. Times you can play in are dawn, noon, evening and night, with a cloudy, rainy, clear, stormy and more. You’ll also experience static weather that remains the same throughout the race and dynamic weather that changes at different points of the race.
Finally, in WRC Generations. There are up to 70 teams to choose from with up to 37 legendary cars to pick from. Such as Lancia fulva, Stratos hf, audio quattro A1, A2, the Toyota corolla Subaru and many more. In the meantime, be sure to rank in a good league weekly to stay dominant over friends and claim rewards based on your ranking.
