Story

Gameplay

There are so many things to discuss about Knights of Honor 2’s gameplay, so let’s get right into it. First, the battle perspective. Developers made sure the algorithm allows armies to fight each other based on stats and other units such as experience, leadership, and other things. However, thanks to the “battle view” mechanic, you can lead your own troops to victory and fight for your land and honor using a variety of tactics. Second, there is a small map in the right corner that shows you where your armies are, when they will enter battle, the positions of your enemies, and other useful information.
Thirdly, there is a tactical view in Knights of Honor 2. This feature’s algorithm represents shapes and towns in the campaign area as accurately as possible, where battles take place. Accordingly, the rest of the world stops while you’re in battle. You can actually see everything paused outside the fight, except for the reinforcements. Keep in mind that it’s possible to bring up to three armies to a fight. Fourthly, there is a siege defense mechanic in Knights of Honor 2 in which cities and towns attacked by your troops take damage that later affects them on the tactical view and makes it easier for you to win.
