A Plague Tale Requiem is a solo player action/adventure game based on a stealth mode developed by Asobo studio. With an earlier series of the game released back in 2019 called “A Plague Tale Innocence”, which sold over a million copies. As for the new part of this game. It will be available for PC, PlayStation, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch in 2022.

In A plague tale: Requiem game. Hugo’s curse reawakens, a massive flood of devouring rats attacks the cities. Amicia finds no other way to free her brother from his curse besides surviving at all cost. They travel to a prophesized island that may help them with the curse, while surviving in the shadows and overcoming difficulties.
Since this is a stealth game, we expect stealth and assassination to be essential abilities or mechanics in this game. as well as the possibility to be guided by rats using Hugo’s curse, like opening doors or stealing keys.
Mercenaries and ambushes are also part in A plague tale: Requiem. Even villagers aren’t friendly with strangers. But the main “enemy” you should escape from are rats.
In the leaked gameplay footage, rats are stoppable only using fire. Meanwhile, Hugo develops an ability during the game where he can detect foes using other people’s blood just like the rats do. As for Amicia, she carries a couple of weapons with her, such as a knife for stealth killing, a bow and many others.
