A forthcoming survival horror game. The Callisto protocol is a single-player, third-person release coming out on December 2, 2022, on PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox series, and PC.

Story

In this game, the main character, also known as ” the prisoner,” is part of a crew that landed on one of the planet Jupiter’s moons. rescued and put in the black iron prison by a mysterious person, probably the warden of this prison. It’s likely that he is the one responsible for the mutant aliens in Callisto (the name of Jupiter’s moon). The Callisto Protocol takes place in the year 2320, when humans colonize the Milky Way galaxy. Also, developers planned to make this game in the PUBG universe, but that’s not the case anymore.

Gameplay

In the trailers, players use a gravity ability called “the Grib” to grab and throw mutants. Maybe it’s part of his suit powers or something similar.
One of the best yet worst aspects of this game is the poorly lit rooms and hallways. The jump scares in the Callisto protocol are on another level. The stealth, sneaking gameplay, the high recoil firearms, the stabbing in the back, and ugly sounds. All of these make the Callisto protocol both fun and terrifying at the same time.
Lastly, there are many cool dying animations in the Callisto protocol for you to see throughout your journey.
