The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a 2015 action role-playing game developed and published by CD Projekt. played in an open world with a third-person perspective. The games follow The Witcher series of fantasy novels. While most of us are familiar with the game, an upcoming upgrade for the next generation is set to arrive on December 14th, 2022 for Xbox One, Xbox One S, and PlayStation 5. 

Story

In The Witcher 3, as war rages on throughout the Northern Realms. You take on the greatest contract of your life tracking down the Child of Prophecy. A living weapon that can alter the shape of the world. Struggle against ferocious rulers, spirits of the wilds, and even a threat from beyond the veil, all hell-bent on controlling this world. Define your destiny in a world that may not be worth saving.

Gameplay

Naturally, since this is a next-generation upgrade, The biggest talking points are, without doubt, the graphics. Now, firstly, I’m pretty sure you gamers out there have heard the term “ray tracing” before, right? This feature makes the game look more alive than ever; it can realistically simulate the lighting of a scene and its objects by rendering accurate reflections, shadows, and indirect lighting. Second, there is an “Ultra+” setting in PC that provides a quality boost for PC players.This will make the experience more fun than ever.

Thirdly, another upgrade in The Witcher 3 is the quick-sign feature. Accordingly, the developers made adjustments to the map to make things easier for players. You can also filter for undiscovered locations. Check fast-travel posts to understand what is going on on the map. And finally, a feature to hide the mini-map. After not using it for a certain duration to make exploring more fun and enjoyable in this open-world game.
