Story

You play as a young woman from a secluded village exploring the world by bike for the first time. Your only goal revolves around collecting memories before a cataclysm washes everything away. SEASON: A letter to the future is a quest to discover a new world; one unknown yet familiar. To experience the freedom and joy of living a life with no regrets and nothing but happiness.

Gameplay

Moving on to the gameplay of Season: A Letter to the Future, and with a new season around the corner. Firstly, the upcoming season erases all past memories of the previous season. Our main character goes out to capture the essence of this season through sounds, visions, pictures, and fun experiences to carry over to the next season. Firstly, the story begins with her departing from the village with unique equipment. The prologue familiarizes us with the character Estella and the culture of her home town. Second, the season: a letter to the future leaves the game open to interpretation.This means you, as a player, can imagine your own interpretation of the narrative.
In Tiang Valley, a land of green forests and beautiful farms is at risk from a dangerous flood due to a leaking dam. Thirdly, in Season: A Letter to the Future, you can use a recorder or your camera to capture whatever intrigues you or you find interesting. Finally, stay alert to Estella’s comments about the outer world, where she hates the idea of ice cream sourced from the milk of an animal. Irritated by the noise of a motor engine, collect more details to reach conclusions and decorate your journal pages on a cheerful journey outside your village.
